This will take place while the city is reviewing your permits which takes about 2 weeks to get comments back. 

•Design all color sections for home. 

•Cabinets/flooring/tile/etc. 

•Finalize Build Budget 

•Landscape Design 

•Site preparation 

•Xcel temp meter 

•Receive Permits 

•Pre Construction with city 

•Pre Construction with Owners

•Start construction 

•Set Build Milestone (for instance: foundation)

•Construction Schedule
