Wood Brothers Homes is located in Louisville, Colorado and was the first builder to respond to the Marshall Fire that devasted the community in 2021, the most destructive fire in Colorado's history. Since being the first builder to begin reconstruction of destroyed homes, Wood Brothers has continued to commit itself to helping residents rebuild their homes and their lives.
Wood Brothers has been one of the most active and effective builders working on the Marshall Fire rebuild. With over 40 homes rebuilt since the fire in early 2021, Wood Brothers continues to lead the way. Not only that, but Wood Brothers has stayed committed to one of its core values in producing high quality products, no matter the circumstances. This is evidenced by Wood Brothers having been awarded the Home Builders' Association People's Choice Award for one of its rebuild project at 924 El Dorado.
We believe that every home should be a reflection of its owner. That's why we work closely with our clients to create custom home designs that are tailored to their unique needs and style. We recognize that we cannot build any house the exact same as it was, but we are committed to building a home that meets the needs of each customer and will feel as much like home as their last.
Our process is designed to be transparent and collaborative. We keep our clients informed every step of the way, and we work tirelessly to ensure that every project is completed on time and on budget. Not only that, but we are well versed in the specific requirements associated with rebuilding after natural disasters. From working with local municipalities, to supporting clients through insurance claims, we have the experience and understanding to ensure a smooth process.

Most Marshall fire victims are determined to come back, determined to rebuild their lives and their neighborhoods. But we have found that most victims are underinsured, even those who recently updated their policies. Let our Supplemental Insurance team help you get where you need to be.
