Justin is a Colorado native with more than 20 years of residential building experience ranging from custom and semi-custom homes across the front range to low and high-density developments in Denver and the surrounding metro area.  Justin has built his career by producing high quality, energy efficient homes with a transparent and streamlined building experience for current and future owners. Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and 5 kids.

Jerod is a Colorado native with over 25 years of residential, commercial, and inspector experience. As Chief Operating Officer, Jerod is responsible for the overall construction site activities as well as managing our team of Project Managers. He plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch building operations within agreed timelines, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety protocols are followed and budget plans are met. Over the years, Jerod and his brother, Justin, have specialized in numerous custom and semi-custom home projects. Jerod takes great pride in every project he oversees, ensuring no homeowner is unsatisfied at any stage of building their dream home. Outside of work, you can find Jerod lost in Moab with his 3 kids or cruising the waters of Lake Powell with his family and friends.
